The handicap accessibility situation was not handled with care after numerous emails and time spent during checking. We paid for 2 fully accessibility rooms and ended up with one. I was very tired of the handling of the situation that I did not even ask for a refund. Rm 306 was accessibility rooms but 410 and 422 were not. Not very happy because my elderly mom had to come to my room from 422 to 306 to shower everyday.

The room was well appointed. Front Desk did their best to accommodate my choice for quiet room away from elevator with a bathtub. The manager granted request for late checkout and was very helpful in assisting me with lobby computer and printing some documents. The breakfast buffet was well above average. There was a fitness room.

Hot breakfast has an option for everyone: pancakes, cinnamon rolls, beans, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee, etc The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful despite being busy, rooms were immaculately clean and large. They accommodate dogs, a large pool, and small fitness room.

Location was great. The hotel was very close to the family we were visiting for Christmas Day. The hotel was pretty new, so the building and facilities were in very good condition. The guest room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast service was both hot and cold and, included a good variety of food choices. Parking at the hotel was easy, and you were given the choice of outdoor or indoor parking.

Great breakfast. The room was nice and big lots of room. I asked for a walk in shower and it was great. The bed was comfy and the refrigerator worked.

Comfortable and clean. Room was large which was nice for three of us. Enjoyed the “living room” area being separate from the bedroom. Woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

it was very close to just about everything and anything you would need. The staff was amazing, Amanda at front desk was so accommodating and even relayed that my husband and I were staying for our anniversary so when we came back to our room after a walk around we found the most sweetest bag of snacks and drinks from the entire team! so thoughtful and kind we are planning on coming back next year and will think first to book with them for any and all stays in the area
